Career Pathway
We actively promote our support workers to develop and progress their careers. We support people to obtain their NVQ’s to be qualified to take the next steps towards management roles with us.

Training
All training required for your role will be accessible to you. There is opportunity to access further NVQ courses to improve your skills in Care alongside your work.

Private Healthcare
Upon completion of probation we are able to offer our staff membership to Benenden Healthcare.

Cycle to work
This scheme is available to all staff on successful completion of their probation. We can purchase the bicycle for you and then a payment plan is implemented so affordable monthly deductions are set up and are taken before tax making this tax efficient for our staff.

Referral bonus
We pay existing staff a bonus if they refer a friend to us and the new employee successfully passes their probation.

Staff recognition
We have an ongoing recognition programme where staff are recognised for the good work they do with us. We also recognise loyalty and reliability. Annually we submit nominations for the KICA awards where winners can go forward to the National Care Awards. We attend the KICA awards dinner and dance and facilitate an overnight stay to ensure our finalists can attend.
